Great service, the pick up was easy and accommodating. The price was very fair and affordable. They worked with us when we were late and were pleasant through the entire experience. Dropping off of the luggage was the same, we arrived a bit early and they got our luggage to us at our drop off location within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend using their service and will definitely use them next time I’m in Dubai. Special thanks to Oni and Peter who did a great job as our luggage handlers!

We arrived in Dubai at 8:00 AM, but our Airbnb wasn't available for check-in until 4:00 PM. We wanted to explore the city that day without the burden of carrying our luggage around. That's when we discovered BaggageTaxi, and they were an absolute lifesaver. We booked their service to collect our bags directly from the airport terminal in the morning and deliver them to our Airbnb later in the afternoon. The booking process through their website was incredibly smooth and straightforward. From the moment we confirmed, their team was exceptionally communicative via WhatsApp. They were proactive about everything—we never had to reach out first. They provided precise instructions for meeting our handler and kept us informed every step of the way. On the few occasions we did message them, they responded immediately. This was truly a seamless, stress-free experience that allowed us to enjoy Dubai from the moment we landed. I highly recommend BaggageTaxi and will definitely use their service again on future trips.

What a brilliant idea! Using this collection service meant that my friends and I could enjoy a day out in Dubai as we arrived on an early flight and couldn't check in until 4pm. Communication was excellent. I had to change drop off time with little notice and they accommodated it which we really appreciated. drop off time was to the minute, prompt and efficient!! would highly recommend and would definitely use them again!! thank you!!

I have used BaggageTAXI twice and the service has been excellent on both occasions. Easy to book, available at short notice (not quite as rapid as a normal taxi but eg 30 minutes wait), thorough security procedures and friendly service with good communication.

I love this service - I travel a lot for work so sometimes have luggage that I don’t need to take away with me so this was ideal for me during a recent trip . Bag picked up before I left and then dropped back off when I returned. Genius service for people travelling but not wanting to take unnecessary luggage. Definitely will use again . Very easy and convenient. We booked pick up of our luggage from our hotel (as they didn't offer luggage storage), and we asked for it to be dropped off, some 8 hours later, in a totally different location, half an hour drive away. The service was timely and easy.
