I have used BaggageTAXI twice and the service has been excellent on both occasions. Easy to book, available at short notice (not quite as rapid as a normal taxi but eg 30 minutes wait), thorough security procedures and friendly service with good communication.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Our friend's new travel bag was damaged during transport because heavy suitcases were placed on top of it. The driver took photos of all the luggage before loading it – so the damage is clearly verifiable. We reported the incident immediately and submitted all the requested documents (pictures, receipts, etc.). Afterward, we only received a response that the case was "in progress" – no further responses were forthcoming. It seems as if the case is closed for the company as soon as you leave your vacation destination. Very disappointing; the service in Dubai is unfortunately at the bottom of the range 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Therefore, use at your own risk ⚠️

Amazing service … 10/10! Pick up and drop off of the luggage was on time, securely and accurate. The staff is very responsive and they handle the luggage with care. Very secure as they lock the luggage at the time of pick up and very convenient as they can pick it from mostly everywhere around Dubai. Totally recommended, their services allow us to visit Dubai stress and luggage free until our apartment was ready for check in.

First time using this and I was nervous to but honestly it was so smooth and easy to arrange. I needed the pick up to be from my airbnb to the airport as i had time to check out Dubai until my evening flight and it was super smooth. They even waited for me to arrive to airport when i was running late due to traffic. Highly recommend

Fantastic service. We arrived in Dubai at 5am and were not able to check into our private residence, and there was no concierge. We stumbled upon BaggaeTaxi, and within 20 minutes our luggage was picked up, and was delivered at check in time promptly. Super effective communication, great service.

I had the pleasure of meeting and riding with Mr Tristan. He was absolutely amazing. After my surgery there in Dubai, I am unable to move much or lift anything so he attended to everything. He assisted with my luggage all the way to check-in desk at the airport. Had great conversation in the car and is genuinely a lovely person. It was a pleasure meeting him. Also the team messaging me to confirm my booking and keeping me updated on the status of my driver as well as the responsiveness on WhatsApp was amazing. They instantly reply and answered any questions. They truly went above and beyond and I am grateful I found this service with this team. Thank you so much for looking after me. It was truly an excellent experience and service. When I first arrived in Dubai, I left my luggage at a hotel near DIFC. Later, while I was out, I booked another hotel near the Marina. Since it was inconvenient to go all the way back to the first hotel just to pick up my bags, I asked ChatGPT if there was any service that could deliver luggage for me. That’s how I discovered this service—I downloaded the app right away and made an inquiry. The concierge kindly explained over the phone how to use it, so there were absolutely no issues. When I arrived at my next hotel, the concierge had already been informed, and my luggage was waiting in my room. Simply outstanding.

I love this service - I travel a lot for work so sometimes have luggage that I don’t need to take away with me so this was ideal for me during a recent trip . Bag picked up before I left and then dropped back off when I returned. Genius service for people travelling but not wanting to take unnecessary luggage. Definitely will use again . Very easy and convenient. We booked pick up of our luggage from our hotel (as they didn't offer luggage storage), and we asked for it to be dropped off, some 8 hours later, in a totally different location, half an hour drive away. The service was timely and easy.
