I had a great experience with Baggage Taxi during our trip to Dubai, where we had to manage 15 suitcases. The service is user-friendly, and if you encounter any difficulties with the app, you can easily make bookings through WhatsApp as well. I want to extend my gratitude to Anthony, who was incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process. He is an excellent communicator and works really hard. I would definitely use their services again. Thank you for everything!

I have used them twice.. first storage my trip from 3 weeks got cut short to 1 day.. so they will nice to let me use the credits on the 2nd time.. because I’m like living out of a suitcase their pickup and drop off is hassle free for me. I made the come to the airport and 2 different hotels, they were always early and had a smile. Even the person I chat with on WhatsApp was great and very helpful.. will use them again.

I love this service - I travel a lot for work so sometimes have luggage that I don’t need to take away with me so this was ideal for me during a recent trip . Bag picked up before I left and then dropped back off when I returned. Genius service for people travelling but not wanting to take unnecessary luggage. Definitely will use again . Very easy and convenient. We booked pick up of our luggage from our hotel (as they didn't offer luggage storage), and we asked for it to be dropped off, some 8 hours later, in a totally different location, half an hour drive away. The service was timely and easy.
