"★★★★★ Absolutely brilliant service. I had a large amount of luggage to get from Dubai Marina to Dubai Airport Terminal 3 for an early morning flight, and everything was handled perfectly. They arrived on time, the whole process was easy, and the handler was extremely helpful and professional. It completely took the stress out of getting all of our luggage to the airport. Communication on WhatsApp was excellent as well. I’d 100% use BaggageTAXI again and would recommend them to anyone travelling with a lot of luggage in Dubai. Thank you!"

"“Amazing service! One of the best and most convenient service ideas I’ve ever used. I came to Dubai for work and unexpectedly had to travel to Milan for two days. The airline only allowed me to take one piece of luggage, so this service was a lifesaver. Now I’m back in Dubai, I’ve got my luggage back, and everything went perfectly. Super convenient, reliable, and stress-free. I’m extremely happy with the service and highly recommend it!”"

"Brilliant service. Really responsive and go the extra mile to get you bags where they need to go. Have found everyone friendly and helpful. Don’t forget to have your passport for bag pickup - the driver will need to take a photo (if you’re a tourist)."

"Baggagetaxi is a trustworthy company. I planned to use Baggagetaxi on March 2, 2026. I paid on February 27, 2026. But due to events in the Middle East, all plans were ruined. The company refunded my money."

"10/10! I had to book BaggageTaxi at the last minute and they did not disappoint. They were early with pickup which was great because they called to check if I wanted that option and with the drop off at the airport, the agent was super helpful with putting my bags on the trolly. I had 6 bags that weighted 32kgs each and not once did I have to lift a finger! Very professional. I will use them again for sure!"

"I love this service - I travel a lot for work so sometimes have luggage that I don’t need to take away with me so this was ideal for me during a recent trip . Bag picked up before I left and then dropped back off when I returned. Genius service for people travelling but not wanting to take unnecessary luggage. Definitely will use again . Staff very pleasant and helpful and reasonable pricing .⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Very good service, they collected my bag and delivered as promised. Highly recommend if you plan to return or store your bags for a longer period of time! Thank you."

"Very easy and convenient. We booked pick up of our luggage from our hotel (as they didn't offer luggage storage), and we asked for it to be dropped off, some 8 hours later, in a totally different location, half an hour drive away. The service was timely and easy."

"I recently used the Baggage Taxi service in Dubai, and it was an excellent experience. As a first-time visitor to the city, their customer service on WhatsApp was highly responsive and helpful in addressing my queries. The van arrived promptly at my hotel to collect my luggage, and they efficiently scheduled its delivery to the airport. Notably, the company representative even arrived ahead of time at the airport with my luggage. The service was outstanding, reasonably priced, and provided a worry-free, baggage-free travel experience on my last day in Dubai. I highly recommend Baggage Taxi for their excellent service."
