I love this service - I travel a lot for work so sometimes have luggage that I don’t need to take away with me so this was ideal for me during a recent trip . Bag picked up before I left and then dropped back off when I returned. Genius service for people travelling but not wanting to take unnecessary luggage. Definitely will use again . Staff very pleasant and helpful and reasonable pricing .⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very easy and convenient. We booked pick up of our luggage from our hotel (as they didn't offer luggage storage), and we asked for it to be dropped off, some 8 hours later, in a totally different location, half an hour drive away. The service was timely and easy.

I recently used the Baggage Taxi service in Dubai, and it was an excellent experience. As a first-time visitor to the city, their customer service on WhatsApp was highly responsive and helpful in addressing my queries. The van arrived promptly at my hotel to collect my luggage, and they efficiently scheduled its delivery to the airport. Notably, the company representative even arrived ahead of time at the airport with my luggage. The service was outstanding, reasonably priced, and provided a worry-free, baggage-free travel experience on my last day in Dubai. I highly recommend Baggage Taxi for their excellent service.

I've had the pleasure of using baggage taxi and it was really convenient, cost effective, precise in timings and great experience. Yes, in the extremely unlikely event of loss or damage, you have the added peace of mind that your items are protected with a minimum of $250 and max $1000 per order for total loss.
We pride ourselves on flexibility. If your plans change, we can adjust the pick-up or delivery location to accommodate your new itinerary within 60 minutes prior.
We do ask that you adhere to size and weight restrictions similar to those you might find with airline regulations for the safety and ease of our operations.
We offer both short-term and long-term storage solutions. Short-term storage is up to 14 days, and long-term starts thereafter – with tailored plans for extended needs. Minimum storage for long term is 30 days payable, from 90 days flus you can be adjusted to daily rates on your monthly packages.
All bags are secured with tamper - free seals so that no one can open them.Customers are fully liable for baggage handed over, which is why it's important that you book your own baggage – and no one else’s. When placing an order you declare to our Terms and Services, privacy policy and that there are no prohibited items in your baggage as per local laws.
