How It Works
Pick your cart
Small, big, or add a porter, and how many. The total, rental and deposit together, updates as you choose.
Pay the deposit
One card charge, held by Stripe. It is never ours to keep.
Wheel it off
Show the booking at the desk. The cart is yours for as many hours as you need.
Return, refund
Any BaggageTaxi desk. The deposit is back on your card before you're out the door.

Is the deposit really refunded?
In full, to the same card, the moment the cart is scanned back in. Stripe processes it; it never sits with us.
What's the difference between the two sizes?
The small trolley takes a carry-on and a show bag. The big trolley takes a flat-packed stand, a pallet of boxes, or your whole booth in two trips instead of six.
What does porter assistance include?
A BaggageTaxi porter pushes and loads the trolley with you, for the hours you book. Add it alongside any trolley, or on its own if you just need the extra hands.
Do I need to book before I arrive?
No. Walk up to any BaggageTaxi desk and take one. Booking ahead just means it's waiting when you land.
Can I collect in one spot and return in another?
Yes, any BaggageTaxi desk. Your return point doesn't have to match your start.
What if I keep it longer than planned?
The hour count just keeps running. There's no day cap and no penalty: you're billed for the time you actually have it, nothing more.
How do I pay?
Card only, through Stripe. One charge covers the hourly rental and the deposit; the deposit comes back as its own refund when you're done.
