BAGGAGETAXI AFFILIATE PARTNER TERMS & CONDITIONS

By registering as a BaggageTAXI Affiliate Partner, you (“Partner”) agree to the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”), which set out the basis of your relationship with BaggageTaxi FZ-LLC, located at Dubai Production City, Building Makateb 4, Office 2, Ground Floor, 500424 Dubai, UAE (License No. 19953) (“BaggageTAXI”).

BaggageTAXI operates a technology platform that enables luggage collection, storage, and delivery services (“Services”). As a Partner, typically operating in the hospitality, property management, or travel support sector, you may refer customers to these Services in exchange for agreed commissions or benefits.

By proceeding with your registration, you confirm that:

• You have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.

• You understand and accept the scope of services provided by BaggageTAXI.

• You agree to abide by the full terms and obligations outlined in this Agreement.

This Agreement becomes effective upon your acceptance and remains in force until terminated in accordance with the terms set out below.

By signing up as a BaggageTAXI Affiliate Partner, you agree to the following terms:

1. Enrolment & Participation

Upon registration, you are enrolled in the BaggageTAXI Affiliate Partner Program.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to promote BaggageTAXI through approved marketing activities.

2. Customer Attribution

Your referred customers will be tracked using the following tools:

• A unique partner link with embedded URL tracking

• A dedicated QR code

• A custom promo code offering 5% off to your customers

• A dashboard tracker to monitor completed bookings

If a customer uses a privacy blocker, changes devices, or bypasses tracking, we may not be able to attribute the referral—and no commission will be earned in those cases.

3. Commissions

You will earn commission on each fully paid and completed BaggageTAXI booking attributed to you.

No commission is due on cancellations or unfulfilled bookings. The commission percentage will be supplied in your onboarding email.

4. Payment Terms

Commissions are paid via bank transfer:

• Monthly, when you reach 1,000 AED or more in earnings

• Quarterly, if below the monthly threshold

• Payments are made within 15 business days of period-end

How to provide your Bank details will be included in your onboarding email. Bank details required:

• Account Name

• Account Number

• IBAN

• Bank Name

• Bank City

5. Term & Termination

This agreement remains active until cancelled by either party with 90 days’ written notice.

If cancelled, you’ll still receive commissions for previously confirmed, completed bookings you referred.

6. Independent Partner Status

• You are an independent partner, not an employee of BaggageTAXI

• You are responsible for your own marketing costs

• You must not misrepresent your relationship with BaggageTAXI

• You must act in a way that upholds the reputation of the brand

7. Indemnity & Intellectual Property

• Each party agrees to indemnify the other against damages arising from their own actions or negligence

• You grant BaggageTAXI a global, non-exclusive right to use any content you create for promotional use

8. Marketing Collaboration

• Each party may display the other’s logo on their website and app

• BaggageTAXI may repost partner-created content

• Free creative support is available upon request (graphic design, video, photography)

9. Confidentiality

• Both parties must protect confidential information shared during this partnership

• This obligation continues for 24 months after termination

10. GDPR & Data Protection

By enrolling as a BaggageTAXI Affiliate Partner, you:

• Consent to BaggageTAXI contacting you by phone, WhatsApp, or email to discuss all matters related to your partnership.

• Acknowledge that BaggageTAXI may contact any customers you refer in order to deliver the services booked and provide customer support.

• Agree that once a customer has made a booking, BaggageTAXI may contact them directly to promote and market its services, in line with applicable data protection laws.

Both parties agree to comply with all relevant data protection and privacy laws, including:

• The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

• The UK Data Protection Act 2018

• The UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data

• The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable U.S. federal or state privacy laws

Each party is responsible for ensuring lawful handling of personal data it collects, shares, or processes under this Agreement.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Dubai.

12. Entire Agreement

This is the complete agreement between the Partner and BaggageTAXI.

Any changes must be made in writing and agreed by both parties.
