"I am not sure if all these 5 STAR reviews are real. They broke my luggage wheel and taped it. In the beginning when I complained and sent photos, the company sounded very caring. They said they would pick up the luggage and file an insurance claim. They kept telling me they needed to check the CCTV cameras, but it turned out this was only to buy time. They knew I was leaving Dubai in a few days and would soon return home. At first, their emails were kind and reassuring, but in the end, they told me to take my damaged luggage to the airport and pay 40 AED for a plastic wrap. I was traveling to the USA, carrying business goods, and would need to take a bus to the parking lot—how was I supposed to manage a suitcase with no wheel? To make the story short: they broke my bag and didn’t even offer to pay for a basic, inexpensive replacement so I could travel home. My advice: always check your luggage yourself and take videos. Don’t rely on their nice emails—they mean nothing when there’s a real issue."

From the very beginning their communication was incredible — even while I was still in Australia, they replied immediately to every question and query. На стойке соседнего отеля стоимость за сдачу в камеру хранения 1 багажа была 25 дирхам. Тут за 3 чемодана взяли 195 дирхам. Ребята из сервиса Багажа приехали рано утром все забрали , мы остались только с рюкзачками. Провели целый день у моря, в бассейне отеля , погуляли ,поужинали. Доехали до аэропорта и Желтый багажный авто нас уже ждал к назначенному времени на входе 5 в зоне вылета. Помогли погрузить вещи на тележки. Целый день на море , без оплаты продления номера, это решило вопрос."
