"Best service in Dubai 👍 We had to check out of our apartment at 12:00 PM, but our flight was only at 11:00 PM, and we had no idea what to do with our luggage. I randomly found the BaggageTaxi service online and decided to try it. The service exceeded all my expectations. At first, I mistakenly scheduled the pickup for 10:45 AM instead of 11:45 AM. I quickly contacted customer support, and they immediately changed the pickup time to 11:45. Then I asked again to change the drop-off location—from the apartment back to the airport instead—and the support team updated it instantly. Thanks to this, we were able to walk around Dubai freely and enjoy the beautiful places without carrying our bags. In the evening, we arrived at the airport with no luggage, and BaggageTaxi delivered all our bags exactly on time, just as agreed. Overall, an amazing service. Highly recommended — it’s absolutely worth it!"

"Engaged service of BaggageTAXI, as we checked out of hotel at 12pm, flight was at 9pm, and we didn't want to drag our luggage everywhere we went for the rest of the day. We arranged for luggage pick up at our hotel at 10am. We initially arranged to collect our luggage at 630pm at airport terminal. at about 5pm, we reached out if we could arrange to collect at 530pm instead; fortunately for us, they were accommodating, and the luggage was delivered to us at airport terminal at 530pm. It was a simple and hassle-free experience."
