It was truly an excellent experience and service. When I first arrived in Dubai, I left my luggage at a hotel near DIFC. Later, while I was out, I booked another hotel near the Marina. Since it was inconvenient to go all the way back to the first hotel just to pick up my bags, I asked ChatGPT if there was any service that could deliver luggage for me. That’s how I discovered this service—I downloaded the app right away and made an inquiry. The concierge kindly explained over the phone how to use it, so there were absolutely no issues. When I arrived at my next hotel, the concierge had already been informed, and my luggage was waiting in my room. Simply outstanding.

Exceptional Service!! While we were in Dubai for a summer vacation, decided to travel to KSA for a few days before catching our flight back home to the US. We did not want to carry around our suitcases, but the airport luggage service was way out of our budget. That's when I found out about Baggage Taxi, and I am glad I did. They were 8 minutes late when they picked up our suitcases from the hotel, but they compensated us for waiting. Reliable service, easy to communicate, save and secure, as well as delivery as promised. When it's time to deliver the suitcases, they found me at the airport after my arrival and before my flight home. No worries here! Will definitely use their service again.

Amazing service by the team in Dubai. Luggage was picked up and dropped off as agreed. Very friendly service and great communication throughout! Just make sure you have internet access, as mine dropped out and caused a delay in drop off as I couldn't receive/send whatsapp messages at crucial time (that's on me). Highly recommended!

We recently used Baggage Taxi in Dubai and the experience was absolutely fantastic. They collected our luggage from us and delivered it to the airport exactly at the time we requested, which gave us the entire day to enjoy shopping and exploring the city without worrying about our bags. This app dont have enougth stars to apreciate the services of Baggage Taxi Free Luggage Store. I stay at Dubai for 3 days and they were very great. My fligth was delay and the wait for me for more then 1 hour and 1 hour before the drop off i ask them to wait and they wait for me like 55 minutes. Very good service..

Is my first time experiencing any baggage taxi but it worth everything. Hands free while visiting Dubai city ❤️ I recommend 100%. The driver arrived on time to pick them up in the morning at the hotel and arrived on time to drop them at the airport. Also great communication via WhatsApp . I love this service - I travel a lot for work so sometimes have luggage that I don’t need to take away with me so this was ideal for me during a recent trip . Bag picked up before I left and then dropped back off when I returned. Genius service for people travelling but not wanting to take unnecessary luggage. Definitely will use again . Very easy and convenient. We booked pick up of our luggage from our hotel (as they didn't offer luggage storage), and we asked for it to be dropped off, some 8 hours later, in a totally different location, half an hour drive away. The service was timely and easy.
